Electrical service is provided as 480/277-volts, 3 phase power form 480/277 volt utility transformers and is delivered to individual electric services ranging from 2,500 amps to 4,000 amps. Service is delivered to pad mounted, utility-controlled transformers located at each building.

Elevators

65 and 85 Enterprise each have two Mitsubishi four stop traction elevators. 75, 95 and 101 Enterprise each have two Dover hydraulic three stop elevators.

HVAC System

Each floor is serviced by a 75-ton Trane roof-mounted package unit. An Evaporcool evaporative pre-cooling system is installed at the condenser coil at the RTUs. Environmental heating is provided by a roof-mounted hot water boiler and circulating pump.
